These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Like a Rolling Stone (the “Game”), provided by Barako Technologies (“we”, “us”; barako.tech). By playing, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Game.
Who can play
The Game is directed to a general audience and is not intended for children under 13. If you are a minor, please play with your parent or guardian’s permission; a parent or guardian accepts these Terms on a child’s behalf.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Game except as allowed by law.
No accounts
The Game has no accounts or sign-up. You play immediately, and your progress is stored only on your device. If you delete the app or switch devices, that progress does not carry over.
Virtual items
“Gold”/coins and other in-game items are licensed to you, not sold, and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between devices. We may adjust, manage, or revoke virtual items, and we don’t provide refunds for them.
Advertising
The Game is free and supported by advertising (Google AdMob), including an optional rewarded ad you may watch for in-game gold. You agree not to interfere with, block in a manner that violates these Terms, or fraudulently interact with ads. How ads and consent work is described in our Privacy Policy.
Fair play
Don’t cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or tamper with the Game. The Game runs entirely on your device; modifying it or its stored data is at your own risk and may break your progress.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the Game to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, or disrupt the service or other players.
Disclaimer
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress, scores, or virtual items will always be preserved.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barako Technologies and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or virtual items, arising from or related to your use of the Game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop playing at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated Terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
